Edmond recently welcomed a new chicken restaurant, noted for their unique food and unique decor, including guitars on the walls and rustic siding.
According to the Edmond Sun, the owners of Slim Chickens, are surprised and caught off guard by the instant popularity of their newest location.
“This store is doing almost double what we expected it to do,” Gordon said. “Last night we ran out of almost everything, and usually the first part of the week is slow for us, but by 8:30 last night we were out of about everything we had.”
I personally haven’t had the chance to try Slim Chickens yet (I plan to remedy this problem this weekend), so I’m curious… have you, and if so, what were your impressions?
