ShowingAssist’s lack of use by Realtors is starting to become a pet peeve of mine. Last week I tried to setup 8 showings and went 0 for 8 with ShowingAssist. The one that really got me was click on ShowingAssist and get the ‘secure showing instructions’ “easy to show”. What is that? Anything but easy! When it’s setup and working right, it’s so nice and easy!
