Here at ShowMeOKC we continued our adventures through the city this week at the Cow Calf-Hay. There were lots of reviews of this being one of the best burger joints in Oklahoma City and I find it hard to disagree. I stuck to one of the simpler options and ordered a Barnyard Burger, which is topped with sautéed mushrooms and onions, pepperjack cheese, and a special garlic mayo. However, there are plenty of unique options to choose from, like the Maui Cowi Burger which is topped with, among other things, grilled pineapple!
And for all the brave and daring eating champs out there, make sure to try your hand at the Six Shooter Challenge…six 1/2lb. chuck patties, 12 pieces of American cheese, a full order of onion rings, a full order of curly fries, and a piece of Cow Pie Cake for dessert. Winners get their meal for free and a Cow Calf-Hay t-shirt…and, of course, infinite glory!
