Buyer’s Agent (BA)
Position Outline:
We are hiring a full time Buyer’s Agent (BA). A Buyer’s Agent prospects for, follows-up with, presents to, and services homebuyers. This results in effective conversion rates for leads into appointments, appointments into homebuyer agreements, and homebuyer agreements into accepted purchase contracts.
Required Skills:
You must have an active Oklahoma Real Estate license
Effective verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking ability, creativity
Excellent customer service and listening abilities
Previous sales experience
Outgoing and comfortable meeting new people and networking to develop a client base
Strong relationship building know-how
Able to meet and exceed commitments
